Chesterfield Planning Board re-elects officers, approves minutes and adjourns

James Corliss was re-elected chair of the Town of Chesterfield Planning Board at its meeting on Jan. 19, 2026, after a nomination from Vice-Chair Joe Brodbine and a second from Selectman Representative Fran Shippee. The board also unanimously approved Joe Brodbine as vice chair and Beverly Bernard as secretary following standard nominations and seconds.
The board approved the Dec. 15, 2025 meeting minutes after a motion from James Hancock and a second from Beverly Bernard. All formal nominations and the minutes approval passed by unanimous voice consent.
The meeting concluded with Joe Brodbine moving to adjourn at 8:30 p.m.; Beverly Bernard seconded, and the motion passed unanimously. The board scheduled its next meeting for Monday, Feb. 2, 2026, at the Town Offices.
