President Duane Urbanski presented the licensing slate, which included Class A and cigarette/tobacco/electronic vaping products retail licenses for JAI Marketing LLC at 790 Wolf Rd and Class B retail licenses for Spices of the East LLC at 790 Wolf Rd. Trustee Jamie Vorpahl moved to approve the licenses as submitted; Trustee Rachel Fuller seconded the motion. The board carried the motion, 7–0.
Clerk/Treasurer Stephanie Waala handled routine administrative elements of the item; the minutes record no additional conditions attached to the approvals. The approvals extend the businesses’ authorities to sell alcoholic beverages and, in JAI Marketing’s case, cigarette, tobacco and electronic vaping products for the July 1, 2026–June 30, 2027 license year.
The board did not discuss fee changes or additional regulatory conditions during the vote. The next regular meeting will include any follow‑up items the clerk schedules related to license renewals or enforcement.
