Finance panel approves moving backup server to DPW, aligns contract terms

Fuller moved to approve the quote from Computer Service Specialists with contract terms to align with other services; the motion was seconded by Chairman Dave Borchardt and carried 3-0.
Clerk/Treasurer Stephanie Waala will proceed with the vendor under the agreed contract alignment. The committee did not specify the monthly cost in the meeting record; the committee approved the motion without amendment. The committee’s action was recorded as part of routine IT infrastructure maintenance and contract management.
