Board hears report of bridge concrete spalling; Gary Dorsi says CSX unresponsive, liaison will raise with Council

Dorsi said he has also contacted the OEM coordinator with no response. Dan Rubenstein, the borough council liaison, said he will bring the matter to the Council meeting for additional attention and the health officer will continue trying to reach CSX.
