City staff and Republic discussed overlapping trash bills during the transition to a new vendor and told council they are fielding citizen calls to resolve an expected short overlap in billing.
All listed votes on these agenda items passed unanimously (7-0). The council later moved to enter closed session under cited statutory sections and scheduled the closed session to begin in five minutes.
