At its April 13 meeting the Village of Waldo Board adopted two resolutions of appreciation and administered ceremonial oaths to incoming trustees.
Trustee Michael Hintz moved to approve Resolution 2026-05 honoring Trustee Dennis Reinemann for his years of dedicated service; Trustee Jerome Hammarlund seconded and the motion carried. Trustee Hammarlund then moved to approve Resolution 2026-06 honoring Michael Hintz for his years of service as a trustee and village president; Trustee Joshua Behr seconded and the motion carried.
Clerk/Treasurer Lisa Gillette administered the oath of office to Steve Bunnow and Becky Bauer, who were welcomed to the board. The minutes record the ceremonial actions but provide no vote tallies by name.
The resolutions are expressions of appreciation; no policy or fiscal directives were included in the adopted resolutions.
