Council approves consent resolutions, ordinances and contract awards; bills totaling $1.13 million cleared

Contract award: The council returned to Resolution 25263 and voted to award the contract for the Oakwood Knolls I&I project; the motion was moved, seconded and adopted by roll call.
Appointments and permits: The council confirmed the mayoral appointment of Diane Macaluso to the Arts Committee and authorized raffle and social-affairs permits for upcoming charitable events.
Bills: The council approved bills to be paid totaling $1,132,832.85.
