The applicant proposes expanding three windows from roughly 2½ feet to 5 feet in width, and a new third‑story ribbon window extending about 29 ft 10 in. All glazing will be clear, non‑tinted glass in bronze‑colored aluminum storefront frames to match existing exterior material.
Architect Bruce Bowman said the changes will bring natural light into office suites as the building approaches full occupancy. Commissioners had no substantive objections; the motion to approve with recommended conditions passed unanimously.
