The Pittman Center Planning Commission tabled three agenda items on June 2, 2026, leaving substantive revisions and further review for the next monthly meeting.
The commission tabled proposed language to add to the municipal code and Ordinance 292 that would subject large overnight rentals to State Fire Marshal building codes. The minutes record that that item was tabled specifically to allow revision and further discussion with Building Official Travis Ogle.
Commissioners also tabled a review of application forms and fee schedules for the Planning Commission, Board of Zoning Appeals and Design Review Board to give Planner Jordan Rockwell time to revisit the paperwork and bring updated forms to the next meeting.
Finally, discussion of potential data center regulations for Pittman Center was postponed to the next meeting; no decision or direction was recorded in the minutes. The meeting adjourned at 5:41 p.m.
