Members voted to accept the proposed 2026 meeting schedule (with January to be filled in after the council sets its calendar) and noted the next planning-board meeting will be Oct. 9.
All routine motions — the Trivosatti resolution memorialization, bills, minutes and the meeting calendar — were approved in sequence during the meeting without substantive debate. The board adjourned following the calendar vote.
