Lill said he has attempted to resolve the issues with the insurer and the district’s benefits administrator and asked the board for additional help.
The facilities/operations lead (S8) and district staff agreed to set up a meeting with Lill, district benefits staff and the appropriate vendor representatives and to bring the matter to the insurance committee. Lill asked that the district review the claims and, if needed, open discussions with the insurer to correct systemic errors.
