Commissioners discussed coordinating the survey findings with town maintenance schedules. Tory Lamere, the road crew supervisor named in the minutes, will oversee color coding of no‑mow locations with the road crew. Members said the survey data will help target outreach and inform which roadside areas need invasive removal or protection.
The minutes also noted a gift from the AKC is available in the commission budget for possible seed funding, though the minutes said there was no immediate need to spend that money.
