Work will include replacement of sidewalks and stairs, tuckpointing of fieldstone walls and related concrete work; funding will come from Capital Fund dollars repaid from TID #4.
Separately, the council approved a professional services agreement with Ayres Associates, Inc. for master planning concepts and a three-dimensional visualization package for the approximately 150-acre Prescott Business Park. Ayres’ contract is expected to cost about $11,000 and be completed in roughly three months; funding is provided through TID #6.
