Board approves consent agenda including minutes, financials, personnel and curriculum items
Summary

The Long Hill Township Board of Education approved a multi-item consent agenda by roll-call vote that included the following grouped items: minutes (item 1); financial and fiscal items (items 2–16); special services items (17–20); personnel actions (21–32); curriculum approval for item 33 (field trips); policy changes (items 34–36); and several other routine items (37–41). Each block was moved and seconded and passed by roll-call with the members giving recorded affirmative responses.
The board read the roll call aloud for each vote block and recorded unanimous or recorded "Yes" votes as read. A board member offered remarks of appreciation about retiring teacher Kathy Dobashevsky during the personnel motions. No items were removed from the consent agenda for separate discussion.
Outcome: all presented resolutions and grouped consent items were approved as read during roll call.
