Lopatcong Board reviews AI policy, strategic-plan updates and raises preschool contract concerns

The Lopatcong Township Board of Education reviewed an artificial-intelligence policy and district planning updates at its Aug. 7 workshop. The board did not take formal action on these items at the workshop; the administration indicated it will continue to refine policy language and report back at future meetings. The next regular meeting is scheduled for Aug. 21, 2025, when the board may revisit these topics.
