Solicitor Marc Fisher opened the hearing on Ordinance 2024-03 at 7:10 p.m. and closed it at 7:15 p.m. on Nov. 14. No members of the public offered comments during the hearing.
The minutes state that Ordinance 2024-03 is part of the townships MMP plan and that the board intends to adopt the ordinance at its December meeting. Earlier in the meeting a resident, Jim Kester, had asked for additional information about the MMP; Vice Chairman Frederick Najarian said he would follow up with Kester after the meeting.
No substantive changes or votes on the ordinance were recorded at the Nov. 14 meeting; the board reserved final action for the Dec. 12 meeting when the ordinance is scheduled for adoption.
