The Long Hill Township School District board approved multiple consent and action items in grouped roll-call votes during the meeting.
Items approved included minutes and financials (items 1 and 2'22), special services (23'6), personnel appointments and actions (27—4), curriculum item 45, and a package of policy resolutions (46—2) with amendments to policies noted under resolutions 47 and 50. Additional items 53—8 were also moved and approved as part of the consent sequence.
For each block, the board conducted roll-call votes and recorded affirmative responses from the membership present. The transcript records the roll calls with members responding "Yes" for each block.
The board moved the policies block with amendments: a motion was made to amend policy 47 to mark it as a mandated policy and to change a reference from grade 12 to grade 8; a separate amendment replaced references to "director of technology" with "head of information technology" in policy 4119.26 (resolution 50). The motions to approve resolutions 46 through 52 were moved and seconded and passed by roll call.
No dissenting votes were recorded in the portions of the transcript covering these consent blocks.
