The resolution affirms the county’s agreement with the State for preliminary engineering by state forces and equipment and for construction terms; Commissioner Rusty Jacksland moved the measure and Commissioner Terry Tanner seconded it. The motion carried 5–0.

Financial and administrative actions included unanimous approval of two budget adjustments for the sheriff’s office (a $3,000 transfer from 52100-499 to account 236 for communications equipment repair and $10,000 from 52100-203 to 234 for motor-vehicle repairs), approval of invoices through June 16, 2026, and acceptance of an ACCA insurance recovery of $1,000 for a 2023 Charger (VIN H588608). The commission approved the June 2, 2026 minutes and a plat (Lily Meadows, Plat No. 1B, CR57, District 3).
All recorded motions in the minutes carried by unanimous vote. Chairman Jay Thompson adjourned the meeting at 5:35 p.m. and scheduled the next regular meeting for Tuesday, July 7, 2026.
