During its June 30 meeting the Gosper County Board of Commissioners approved several other administrative items by motion and roll call vote.
The Board approved and signed an Interlocal Agreement for District Court bailiff services for fiscal years 2026‑2027 and 2027‑2028 as received from District Court Judge Heng. The Board also approved Resolution No. 26‑8 to transfer $8,983.80 of General Fund budget authority from Miscellaneous to the County Sheriff budget. Motion by Commissioner Bruce Bader to approve the resolution was seconded by Commissioner Glenn Hofman and carried on a roll call vote.
Finally, the Board authorized the Chairperson’s signature on a Communication Operability Emergency Response BEAD letter to Governor Pillen. Each motion passed on recorded roll call votes in the meeting minutes. The minutes do not record the substantive contents of the sheriff’s report, the bailiff agreement text, or the full content of the BEAD letter.
