No formal motion to authorize immediate purchases or a vendor selection occurred; the discussion was procedural and staff were tasked with gathering pricing information.
The printer price range and keypad research reflect a decision to bring recurring printing work in-house if cost-effective. Commissioners did not vote on a specific purchase at the Sept. 20 meeting; staff follow-up was assigned.
