River Ridge CDD unanimously adopts Resolution 2025‑02, elects board officers

The River Ridge Community Development District Board adopted Resolution 2025‑02 at its Nov. 19, 2024 meeting, electing officers for the coming term. Terry Mountford nominated Bob Schultz for Chair and himself for Vice Chair; the nominations also named Kurt Blumenthal, Robert Twombly and Keith Merrill as assistant secretaries. Mrs. Adams presented the resolution. On a motion by Mountford, seconded by Blumenthal, the board adopted the resolution with all members voting in favor.
The resolution leaves prior administrative appointments in place, including Chesley “Chuck” Adams as Secretary, Craig Wrathell as Assistant Secretary and Treasurer, and Jeff Pinder as Assistant Treasurer. The board noted required ethics training and disclosure-filing deadlines for FY2024–25 and agreed to add the four-hour ethics training requirement to the Key Activity Dates list.
No public comment was recorded on the resolution. The board proceeded to other agenda items following the vote; the next regular meeting is scheduled for Dec. 10, 2024.
