Manasquan superintendent reports 1,311 students, completed safety drills and one confirmed HIB

Superintendent Edward Goodall reported to the Manasquan Board of Education on Oct. 28 that total district enrollment as of Sept. 30, 2025, was 1,311 students, with 846 at Manasquan High School and 465 at Manasquan Elementary School.
Goodall told the board the district met state-mandated safety requirements for the month, including fire drills and lockdown drills on specified dates for both schools and bus-evacuation practice for high school routes. The superintendent also reported one confirmed harassment, intimidation, and bullying (HIB) incident at the high school for September; no HIB incidents were reported for the elementary school.
The board acknowledged the superintendent’s report and approved it by roll call vote. District administrators said drill documentation and HIB reporting will remain on file as required by state regulations.
