• Budget Amendment No. 3 (General Fund FY2024-2025): Council approved an amendment to reallocate General Fund expenditures so the town would fund the magnetic locks (reduced scope) rather than the previous sensor-plus-locks estimate. Motion by Mayor Paschal; seconded by Dennis Paschal III; unanimous vote.
• Amendment No. 8 to the Grant Project Ordinance (SCIF Grant Project): Council approved adding the cost of a heat pump to the Stonewall Construction cafeteria area quote previously approved. Motion by Mayor Paschal; seconded by Daryl Crowder and Mayor Pro Tem Evelyn Conner; unanimous vote.
• National Day of Prayer Proclamation: Mayor Paschal read a proclamation declaring May 1, 2025 as National Day of Prayer and moved to approve it; Daryl Crowder and Evelyn Conner seconded and the council adopted the proclamation unanimously.
• Adjourn: Mayor Paschal moved to adjourn; Daryl Crowder seconded and the meeting adjourned by unanimous vote.
