Mantua Township board re-adopts policies, adopts Code of Ethics and continues appointments through June 30, 2025

Mrs. Gregg then moved that the board acknowledge and adopt the Code of Ethics for school board members pursuant to N.J.S.A. 18A:12-24.1; that motion, also seconded by Mr. Wilkinson, passed unanimously.
The board also voted to continue current appointments, depositories and authorized signatories through June 30, 2025. William Wilkinson moved the continuation and Stephanie DiAntonio seconded; the motion was unanimously approved. The minutes state that these items will be re-approved for the 2025–26 school year at the May regular meeting.
