The Village of South Zanesville council unanimously adopted Resolution 1121 at a special meeting on Aug. 27, 2024, authorizing the mayor to prepare and submit an application to participate in the Muskingum Watershed Conservancy District (MWCD) "Partners in Watershed Management" assistance program and to execute any required contracts.
Council member Ed Harlan moved to suspend the three-reading requirement and to declare Resolution 1121 an emergency; Council member Mike Nunley seconded. The motion and subsequent adoption of the resolution carried with Greg Gibson, Bo Coconis, Mike Nunley, Ed Harlan and Kim St. Clair voting "yea."
