At the March 17 meeting the Wolfeboro Planning Board selected its officers, approved prior minutes, handled several administrative matters, and adjourned at 8:53 PM.
Doug Breskin nominated Steve Webster for chairman (Julie Jacobs seconded) and nominated Roger Murray as vice chair (Vaune Dugan seconded); both nominations were approved by the board. The board reviewed the February 17 minutes, requested spelling corrections (including changing 'Larry' to 'Leary' and correcting the spelling of 'counsel'), and approved the draft minutes as amended (motion by Doug Breskin, seconded by Paul O’Brien; motion passed 6-0-1).
In other business, the board approved a voluntary lot merger for Paul A. Fleisner and Denise M. Fleisner contingent on receipt of a statement that there are no mortgages on the properties (or written consent from any mortgagee). The planner noted Wolfeboro currently lacks a representative to the Lakes Region Planning Commission and said she would speak to the ZBA. The board reappointed Vaune Dugan to the Heritage Commission and thanked Peter Goodwin for his work on maps and the Master Plan. Doug Breskin welcomed Rhonda Martin to the Planning Board. The board adjourned at 8:53 PM after a motion by Doug Breskin and second by Paul O’Brien; all were in favor.
These administrative actions were approved by unanimous or near-unanimous board votes and are recorded in the meeting minutes.
