Specific contract approvals in Addendum 3 included: voiding and reissuing checks as noted in the minutes, and a contract with Empower AAC (Sept. 1, 2023–June 30, 2024) for consultative services at $120/hour and evaluations at $1,100 per unit. The board also approved a transportation nursing‑services contract with Starlight Homecare Agency for July 1, 2023–June 30, 2024 at $62.00/hour.
