The Board approved several routine administrative items at its Dec. 8 meeting.
The Board approved a request from the Recreation Committee, with Emily Rogers asking that refunds for holiday craft fair purchases totaling $316.81 be paid from the Recreation Revolving Fund. The Board also unanimously accepted the minutes of Nov. 24 after a motion by Chair Steve Dzubak and a second from Amy Lewis; Steve, Amy and Jen Roberts voted in favor.
Zoning Coordinator Tim Bray reported approvals of three zoning permits (a roof-mounted solar array for Phil & Mary Oman, an attached shed for Peter Keene, and a standby generator for Thomas Sandberg) and updated the Board on multiple short-term rental (STR) applications, some of which are awaiting site plan/conditional-use packets or re-submission.
The Board signed routine documents (data certificate, tax certificate, building rental agreement, refund/abatement requests and a vacation carryover) and approved bringing in a consultant to assist with revenue tracking.
