Amy Lewis moved to approve reimbursement of $481.21 from the Recreation Revolving Fund for Fall Festival expenses; Jen Roberts seconded and both voted in favor. The Board accepted $475 for the bicycle sign fund (motion by Jen Roberts; seconded by Amy Lewis; both voted aye) and accepted a $200 donation to the Police Department from Mark and Patricia Clement under the same motion/second pattern.
On the fire‑station heating issue, the Board was told Traveler’s Insurance will pay $1,573.29 to cover damaged items, station damage and the Clean Harbors bill; the insurer will not cover the cost of the heating system upgrade performed that day.
The Board received and accepted the Zoning Coordinator/Health Officer report for Oct. 27 (motion by Jen Roberts; seconded by Amy Lewis; both voted in favor). At 5:39 p.m. the Board entered a non‑public session under RSA 91‑A:3, II (c) and (a); it exited non‑public at 6:40 p.m. and by roll call voted to seal the non‑public minutes. The meeting adjourned at 6:41 p.m.
