At the meeting the Select Board approved meeting minutes from June 15, multiple clerical tax abatements (three for campers and one for sold property) and various water and sewer administrative charges and warrants by voice vote.
Later the board voted to enter four nonpublic sessions, citing RSA 91-A subsections as the authority for each session. After returning to public session the board voted to seal the nonpublic minutes from two sessions under the RSA subsections cited.
The chair said the nonpublic sessions addressed matters the board reserves for closed discussion; the board recorded roll-call 'yes' votes when entering nonpublic sessions and completed the mandated steps to seal minutes before adjourning.
