Conley outlined the motorcade schedule: it will begin at Broulim’s in Alpine at 2:30 p.m., travel through the valley, turn east on Clark Lane, pass through Star Valley Ranch (which made a significant donation), continue down Muddy String Road, and enter Thayne via Dana Street before proceeding south to Afton; the memorial is expected to pass through Thayne around 3:00 p.m. He said the official opening ceremony will be held in Afton the following morning at 9:00 a.m., with Governor Gordon expected to speak.
