Thayne council approves permits, payments and ballot lodging-tax resolution unanimously

The Council also moved and approved administrative items to issue checks identified in previous minutes to be ratified at the next meeting, to pay bills, and to adjourn at 8:08 p.m. (all motions recorded unanimous).
