Bridgitt Zielke, site director for the Wade House, presented a proposal for a new sign at W7965 Highway 23 during the Town of Greenbush’s Dec. 22 meeting.
Zielke described the sign’s proposed location, content, size, placement and lighting. Board members recognized the proposed sign was larger than allowed under the town zoning ordinance. Numerous audience members and some board members commented on their experiences with Wade House management during the discussion.
Zielke told the board she will appear before the town planning commission in January to pursue the project further.
Next steps: the Wade House will present the proposal to the planning commission for review; the board has not taken formal action on the sign and no variance was granted at the Dec. 22 meeting.
