Robeson Township supervisors voted to approve a preliminary/final plan for a proposed Book Site School on Zion Road, granting a waiver from section 403 to allow the developer to submit the plan as a combined preliminary and final application.
The township engineer presented a review letter dated 07/06/2026 outlining outstanding items, including standard escrows, a developer’s agreement and post-construction stormwater-management conditions. The board approved the plan subject to those remaining technical conditions and the engineer’s final sign-off.
Board members also separately moved to grant the §403 waiver that permits the combined preliminary/final review; the waiver passed unanimously among members who voted on that motion.
What happens next: The engineer’s outstanding technical items and required agreements remain to be completed and the project team was told it does not need to return to the board next week for a vote on the same submission, provided the conditions are met.
Why it matters: The waiver and conditional approval allow the school project to advance through design and permit coordination while the developer completes bonding, escrows and post-construction stormwater obligations.
