Member asks HDC for design input on proposed highway garage’s carriage‑house doors

Commissioners agreed to help develop options: Kaitlin Pluskota, member, and Chair Lilliane Lebel said they would research appropriate styles and send their recommendations to Ken by Feb. 13, 2026. Ken told the commission the proposed plans will require approval at an upcoming town meeting; if voters approve, Ken will draft and submit a formal application to the HDC for review.
No formal review or application was submitted to the commission at this meeting; the item was advanced as a request for preliminary feedback so design details can be included in drawings for the town‑meeting presentation.
