Suzanne Goulet, speaking for the town, said the town office had received complaints about “multiple ends-of-life vehicles” on the property and that the town had sent a letter to the owner, Cheryl Marcy. David Chapman, who attended to discuss the letter, told the board that winter weather had made cleanup difficult but said he would try to remedy the issue. “He did agree to have his son remove one of the campers in question and he will work on moving his cars,” Suzanne reported to the board.
The board directed staff to inspect the property after the deadline to verify whether progress has been made. The board did not record a formal motion or vote in the minutes beyond setting the deadline and scheduling the follow-up inspection.
