A procedural appeal over a septic permitting decision was discussed.
Steve Goldsmith relayed a phone call from Septic Pro saying the firm cannot meet the setback regulations at the originally proposed location and would like to redraw and resubmit the plan. Septic Pro indicated it may appeal the selectboard's septic denial to the Zoning Board of Adjustment if necessary. Jay Croteau said he will schedule the ZBA hearing after the plan and application are submitted.
Separately, Croteau said he is continuing to work with Septic Pro on approvals related to the Gibbons property; those approvals remain in process.
