After the closed session, Selectman Rusty Talbot moved to seal the nonpublic minutes "because it is determined that divulgence of this information likely would render a proposed action ineffective," seconded by Selectman Chris Ellms. Roll-call votes to seal the minutes were recorded as Yes by Richard Bielefield, Chris Ellms and Rusty Talbot. The board then voted to leave nonpublic session and adjourn at 5:55 p.m.
