The Advanced Technology Commission approved the minutes of its May 26, 2026 regular meeting and recorded several action items to advance town technology infrastructure.

The commission then listed action items: finish AV equipment at the Bantam Annex and the Litchfield Fire Department, complete asset inventories in Snipe-IT, and develop RFPs for a Transform engagement and later a Managed Services contract.
Commissioner Dave Carroll was assigned to start a Transform RFP to migrate workforce PCs into a town domain with Active Directory and mobile-device management; after that, Carroll will draft a Managed Services RFP intended to include Ubiquiti support and a standard PC build. The commission also set a goal to have all town facilities on fiber by the end of the summer and directed staff to organize internet connectivity information for every facility.
The meeting closed with no correspondence and adjourned at approximately 6:45 PM.
