East Haven Civil Service Commission elects Prisco Monico chair and Richard DePalma vice-chair

At its Feb. 9 meeting the East Haven Civil Service Commission reorganized leadership for the coming year, unanimously approving nominations for chair and vice-chair.
Richard DePalma moved to nominate Prisco Monico as chairman of the commission for the next year; Mr. Monico accepted the nomination and, with no other nominations offered, the commission closed nominations and recorded a unanimous vote in favor. Later, Mr. Monico moved to nominate Richard DePalma as vice-chairman; Mr. DePalma accepted and the commission again voted unanimously.
The commission then moved to adjourn. A motion to adjourn was made by Richard DePalma, seconded by Prisco Monico, and approved unanimously; the meeting adjourned at 7:08 p.m. The minutes were signed by Recording Secretary Andrea M. Liquori.
