The Temple Select Board recorded three formal motions and outcomes at its Jan. 27 meeting:
• Perkins Lane plowing and easement: Motion by Ken Caisse, seconded by Bill Ezell, to direct the road agent to cease plowing Perkins Lane beyond the property line of Camilla Lockwood and to direct counsel to pursue a turnaround easement. Vote: unanimous (3–0); motion passed.
• Approval of minutes (Jan. 13, 2026): Motion by Ken Caisse, seconded by George Willard. Vote: unanimous (3–0); motion passed.
• Adjournment: Motion to adjourn by Bill Ezell, seconded by George Willard. Vote: unanimous (3–0); meeting adjourned at 7:50 PM.
All motions were recorded in the meeting minutes and the items will be followed up as specified in the minutes.
