The Little Falls Town Board approved the following resolutions at its Nov. 12, 2024 meeting (all votes recorded Aye unless otherwise noted):
• Resolution #87 — Approval of prior month’s minutes (Motion: Councilman Mitch Soules; Second: Councilman Kirk Schwasnick). Adopted 5–0.
• Resolution #88 — Re-appointment of Rodney St. Louis to the Board of Assessment and Review for a five‑year term (Oct. 1, 2024–Sept. 30, 2029). Motion: Councilman Soules; Second: Councilman Viscomi. Adopted 5–0.
• Resolution #89 — Authorization for the Town Clerk and Highway Superintendent to include spring cleanup flyers in the January 2025 tax bills. Motion: Councilman Soules; Second: Councilman Viscomi. Adopted 5–0.
• Resolution #90 — Adoption of the 2025 Town Budget. Motion: Councilman Kevin Sullivan; Second: Councilman Mitch Soules. Adopted by roll call, 5–0. (Budget figures as presented: General $280,695.00; Highway $706,203.43; Total appropriations $1,061,343.10; Amount to be raised by taxes $372,655.97.)
• Resolution #91 — Approval of Building Energy Benchmarking policy and procedures. Motion recorded with supervisor and second; adopted by roll call vote, 5–0.
• Resolution #92 — Supervisor authorized to make a $44,137.57 BAN payment on the 2022 Caterpillar loader. Motion recorded; adopted 5–0.
• Resolution #93 — Authorization to renew Bond Anticipation Note 1 of 2022 for $38,810.91 with Adirondack Bank for one year at interest not exceeding 4.75%. Motion recorded; adopted 5–0.
• Resolution #94 — Payment of General Bills #127–131 totaling $3,512.33. Motion: Councilman Schwasnick; Second: Councilman Sullivan. Adopted 5–0.
