Little Falls holds public hearing on 2025–28 fire protection agreement with city

Casler said the contract includes a 2% increase each year and listed the town's proposed payments: $74,444.67 for 2025, $76,305.79 for 2026, $78,213.43 for 2027 and $80,168.76 for 2028. Those figures were presented to the board as the financial terms for the four-year period.
No members of the public spoke during the comment period after the board invited remarks "for or against the law." With no comments received, Casler closed the hearing at 7:04 p.m., noting that all those desiring to be heard had been heard. The transcript does not record a vote or further action at that meeting.
