Ordinance 2026-08 authorizes $589,031 for various capital improvements and equipment and authorizes up to $559,579 in bonds or bond anticipation notes; Councilwoman Christine Nucera moved and Councilman Thomas Shaw seconded the introduction and roll-call approval was recorded.
Ordinance 2026-09 authorizes $697,000 for water utility improvements and authorizes up to $662,150 in bonds or bond anticipation notes; the motion to introduce was recorded (mover: Councilwoman Christine Nucera; second: Councilman Robert Dorsey) and carried.
Ordinance 2026-10 authorizes $75,000 for sewer utility system improvements and authorizes up to $71,250 in bonds or bond anticipation notes; Councilman Thomas Shaw moved and Councilwoman Christine Nucera seconded the introduction and the motion carried on roll call.
