Board approves Monismith subdivision combining three lots into a two-acre parcel

The Dickinson Township Board of Supervisors unanimously approved the Monismith preliminary/final subdivision plan at its Dec. 16 meeting after hearing that county, staff and engineering comments had been addressed.
Paul Wilson, who presented the plan, said the proposal combines three lots into one two-acre parcel and that an easement note for an existing driveway had been added to the plans to reduce the risk of future disputes between property owners. Vice Chairman Robert "Bob" Line III moved to approve the plan; Supervisor Jen DeGaetano seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
No conditions beyond the recorded plan note were listed in the minutes. The board did not record a separate vote count beyond unanimous approval in the meeting record.
