At the Nov. 18 Dickinson Township Board of Supervisors meeting the Board approved several routine agenda items and actions.
Key actions approved: the 2025 calendar and meeting schedule for all boards and commissions (motion passed unanimously), Aero Energy’s 2025 fuel purchase quote for biodiesel and 89E10 gasoline (approved unanimously), acceptance of Lisa Feerrar’s resignation from the Zoning Hearing Board (approved unanimously), and authorization to advertise for the Township Manager position (approved unanimously). The consent agenda also included approval of the Oct. 21 minutes and ratification/approval of bills.
Public commenters raised website and transparency concerns: Judy Brough asked how the budget was proposed without public discussion; Beth Kikla said she could not retrieve the agenda from the website and staff said they would check. Harold Cooney confirmed the Keystone financial report is on the website and that the tentative budget would be posted.
The meeting adjourned at 7:36 PM. The Board asked staff to post the tentative budget and make related documents available online for the 20-day inspection period.
