During unfinished business the board noted that 'Austin' asked for EES consulting to return to the town office to complete several larger projects. According to the minutes, the projects include migrating services to a Google platform and installing a wireless 'motion for the owl in the meeting room' (item language as recorded). Selectboard member Craig Currie said he will contact Ed at EES to schedule the work.
Under new business the board agreed to place the 2026 Spirit of America award on the next agenda; members said the award can go to an individual, group or committee and requested the item be discussed at a future meeting.
During public comments, Jack Matheson followed up on a previous FOAA request. The minutes record the follow-up but do not record any board action or response related to the FOAA request.
No motions or votes on the EES consulting request, the award placement or the FOAA follow-up were recorded in the minutes; the items were documented as discussion items and agenda scheduling.
