Board conditionally approves Heishman–Wronski subdivision; requires clear drainage‑easement language

The Dickinson Township Board of Supervisors on Oct. 21 approved the Heishman/Wronski final subdivision plan on the condition that the drainage easement be clearly depicted on the recorded plan and include a note that the easement will be owned and maintained by the adjacent property owners.
Solicitor Matthew Boyer recommended the condition of approval to ensure the easement is clearly shown and to add ownership/maintenance language. Zoning/Codes Enforcement Officer Abigail Miller said all corrections had been made except for a few housekeeping items that would be completed before recording. The motion passed unanimously after Vice Chair Robert Line moved approval and Supervisor Jen DeGaetano seconded.
The board attached the condition that staff comments be satisfied before the plan is recorded.
