Chester County authorizes up to $450,000 for Rodman ballfield upgrades; appoints Victor Brunet and accepts Airport Commission resignation

In boards and commissions business, the council appointed Victor Brunet to the Lewis Fire Protection District (motion by Councilman John Agee; vote 7-0) and accepted the resignation of Les Shugart from the Airport Commission (motion by Vice Chair Erin Mosley; vote 7-0).
