Two commercial development proposals were presented to the board as information items.
Bayland Buildings described a proposed 20,000‑square‑foot single‑story commercial building to be located at 5060 Founders Terrace (Parcel HB‑523‑7). DeNoble Construction, Inc. presented two proposed single‑story buildings at 720 W. Adam Drive (Parcel HB‑139): an 18,265‑square‑foot office/shop as the primary building and a separate 12,000‑square‑foot shop. The application included required site improvements, access and parking. Site Review considered the proposals on Feb. 18; the board took no formal action.
Both items were listed under Committee Reports and Actions as informational; applicants will follow remaining Site Review and permitting steps required by village procedures if they choose to proceed.
